  • How do I shop on the CloudWays?

    Explore and search for the products. Once you’ve found what you need - click the button Get a Quote. We’ll contact you shortly.

  • Can I order both CDI consumables and software subscriptions in the same order?

    No, that can not be done. You will need to first complete Hardware order and then place Software subscription order or vice-versa.

  • Do I have to pay customs

    Prices on CloudWays Solutions do not include any import duties. The customs clearing is the customers’ responsibility.

  • What are warranty conditions?

    As for consumable parts, including, without limitation, exhaust filters, films, and maintenance kits - they shall conform to CloudWays’ published specifications and will be free from defects in quality and materials at the time of delivery. If there is any defect at the delivery time, the customer should inform CloudWays immediately and not use the parts.

  • How do I order online for my customers?

    As a reseller, you can place orders for your customers on CloudWays site with your reseller discount. To do so, you have to contact our support, and after a specific procedure, you’ll be eligible to start.

  • Can I buy subscriptions for my customers?

    Currently, it is not possible to buy subscriptions for your customers on our website. Please get in touch with us so that we can find a better solution for you.

  • Do you ship internationally?

    No, currently we ship only across Malaysia.
